Services

What we build, and how we build it.

Custom homes are the heart of Adept's work. Remodels and commercial projects are delivered with the same coordination, communication and care.

Our custom home process

Six steps from the first conversation to your keys.

The best time to involve your builder is before the drawings are finished. Finished plans are not required to start.

  1. 01

    Initial Conversation

We begin by learning about your property, architectural preferences, priorities, approximate investment, and desired timeline. Finished plans are not required.

  2. 02

    Site and Project Evaluation

Our team evaluates the site, access, utilities, jurisdictional considerations, and other conditions that may influence design, cost, and scheduling.

  3. 03

    Preconstruction and Budget Alignment

Adept works with the owner and architect to review the evolving design, develop realistic pricing, identify constructability concerns, and discuss alternatives where appropriate.

  4. 04

    Construction Planning

Before construction begins, we establish the project schedule, coordinate trade partners, address material lead times, and create a clear plan for communication and decision-making.

  5. 05

    Custom Home Construction

Our team manages the construction process with careful coordination, clear communication, and close attention to the architectural details that make the home unique.

  6. 06

    Completion and Handover

We guide the owner through final walkthroughs, project closeout, and the transition into the completed home.

Start the conversation

Start the conversation before the plans are finished.

If you are considering a custom home, you do not need to wait until every decision has been made. An early conversation can help you understand the site, process, budget considerations, and next steps before investing heavily in design.
